Michel Legrand è un’oasi di raccoglimento interiore; è pervaso da un forte lirismo e da una nota poetica che mette in luce le qualità espressive della fisarmonica, che si sovrappone ad “immagini“ orchestrali intessendo un discorso musicale dal contenuto molto intimista. Il brano è dichiaratamente dedicato al pluripremiato compositore francese, tra i primi che ha esaltato le qualità straordinarie della fisarmonica, producendo innumerevoli brani ad essa dedicati. Sarebbe stato impossibile NON dedicare a lui l’intero album.
